NDS’ N-Power 4G LTE wireless backup ensures users have their voice applications available to them through a highly resilient and secure network architecture. 4G LTE wireless backup capability allows customer calls to be placed and received even when existing circuits are down. Retail, manufacturing, financial, medical and other verticals with hundreds or thousands of locations who rely on their communications platform to run their business can continue to respond to their client requirements even in the case of an unexpected service interruption.
The offering enables customers to operate Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) including integrated voice, video, presence and mobility applications for compatible desktop and mobile devices on a per month/per user pricing model. N-Power is deployed through the cloud so associated capital costs, upgrades and support to meet on premise redundancy requirements are not needed.
